I have always loved sports. When I was a kid, all I wanted to do was play basketball and be in the NBA. I would spend hours on end outside shooting and dribbling. My parents sent me to Isiah Thomas Basketball Camp and Dennis Rodman Basketball Camp. It didn’t matter what camps they sent me to or how good the shoes they got me were, because I just didn’t have the athletic tools or body to really ever play basketball at a high level.

The Day That Never Ended - Part Two
Just to give perspective on time, because minutes seemed like hours and hours seemed like days. Christian went underwater at about 3:15pm, he was found at about 3:45pm. That is an extreme amount of time to be underwater, but like I said before, we always thought that Christian was going to be fine.

The Day That Never Ended - Part One
Ever have one of those days that seems to be two or three days in one? This one seemed to be a week in one day. It is a day that I will surely never forget, but I wish I could. A day that I would take back and do over for anything. A day that will affect everyday for the rest of my life. A day that seems to be stuck on replay in my head. I have struggled if I should write this post or not, but I think that it might be therapeutic for me to write it. So this it is, my account of the worst day of my life.

The Day Before The Day
So the other day Katie posted on Facebook a quote that she heard on one of her favorite shows Switched At Birth. The quote was "That's the thing, the day before your life changes forever just feels like any other day."
